Andrew Burleson a new employee in training was very professional, he showed an eagerness to interact with me and ask questions while he worked diligently to remember the process of our transaction and complete it without error. I am hoping he does well and they should definitely hang on to him and look to see that his training is sufficient if not exceptional so that he succeeds. What a pleasant experience meeting and talking with Andrew I wish more bank employees had an honesty and candor about them. You got this Andrew
By far the worst credit union I have ever dealt with! They think they are Lords of London, so stuck up. It is a culture of special better than others. Don't dispute anything they think it's their personal account and side with the business. Then they ghost you. Less greif with a loan shark. All my opinion but a credit union should have at least empathy.
Laurie Son knows how to make things happen quickly. I will use this branch again.
It is very small and easy to find the people are very friendly
