I recently did a balance transfer from another financial institution, the transfer was taking longer than normal. I called OnPoint and checked on the status, OnPoint stated they had not received. After 30 days I canceled check. Unfortunately, OnPoint was holding check and deposited the day before the check expiration. Now once again I have to go back through and fix all this. I wish OnPoint would be upfront and just be honest with customers. This is like the 5th time I have had to clean up OnPoint mistakes. Beware
