Since then, our mission has remained the same - to promote the financial well-being of our members and to ensure the safety and soundness of our credit union. First, I’d like to say that I had been with OnPoint for twelve years. The service by their “fraud department” is atrocious, as well as their lack of concern for life’s necessities. Background: I opened an estate account for my friend who passed away. I then deposited her reimbursement check from State Farm in the amount of 800. The check bounced back, and the mandatory estate savings went negative. I immediately contacted State Farm to get a new check issued to correct the negative balance. Not a member, but I did a transaction that required me to walk in here on a Saturday morning. Two tellers working, Simi long line, they still delivered great customer service, wore a smile and did a great job assisting me. It looked like they offered a lot of benefits for members, great interest rates, coin counter machine, flexible accounts. Nice waiting area. ATM option.
