On point is called a credit Union but operates as a for profit bank. If I could go into the hassles I have dealt with here it would take pages. I would never use these guys for anything again.
An hour to send this wire while I'm waiting. Trying to get to the hotel the concert is really inconvenient. Pouty face
Today at the bank I came in to do a transfer at the bank that I bank at regularly. Afterwards, the second that I sat down, a white woman who is an employee at my bank CHARGED at me and aggressed me with the question "Do you need help with something?!?" I was sitting down to make my car payment on my phone, and I told her that. She responded to me saying that she would ALLOW me to do that. I didn't realize that I needed permission to sit in a chair at my bank.
Really love going into the bank. But there, 24 hour service doesn't work.
