The quality of service has truly diminished. ASI/On path use to pride themselves on great service. I waited an hour just to get a money order. 3 tellers present but only 2 actually servicing customers. This is awful. Atm machines have replaced humans, service is slow slow. If I wanted to work at a bank I would have applied. I feel like I'm doing all the work at the ATM and when issues occur at the ATM, one still have to go wait in an extremely long line to speak to a human. This is killing the legacy of ASI. Lapalco Blvd is a joke. 1 employee did everything she could to NOT help any of the 14 people in the waiting room!
Toni at the Lapalco office is top notch and most pleasant. She assisted us with opening an account and thoroughly explained all the benefits of banking with On Path. Toni was knowledgeable and answered all questions in clear and concise manner. A very pleasant and welcoming experience!! We will recommend On Path to others as a result of our experience.
