I walked into the Westbank branch, and I felt like I was in paradise. The customer appreciation beach theme was very welcoming for me. It was a great experience the day got everything taken care of any timely fashion. The banker was blessed and polite. Very helpful.
Onpath got rid of it's last people centered Credit Union that wasn't totally automated on General De Gaulle. The Lapalco and Carrolton branches are so customer un-friendly. The automated 'tellers' beep loudly and incesently you feel like you are in a casino, and the few actual people who are available are tucked away in offices and you have wait longer and longer to speak to an actual person. I tried to deposit cash and the robo teller ripped my cash and I had to try and explain this to someone who popped up on the screen wh... read more
