I do not recommend they close too early. ATM always broke, and they are quick to call the police on you.
I happily told One Path to kiss my grits when I closed my account today. They treated me with snide condescension. And I was not the only upset customer at their Lapalco branch today. My advice is to withdraw your money from One Path and do business with a financial institution that treats you as a human being
Do not recommend! I was just told by their representative that an error that was made using their new Mobile app along with misinformation from their representative that the issue that I am experiencing was not an Onpath issue. Then who's issue is it?!!!!! No accountability at all. She put me on hold 7 times evidently to discuss with a manager, so I'm assuming the blind is leading the blind over there! Again, do not recommend!
Sunday 11/26/23 I went to the Harvey branch to make a quick outside deposit. It is smaller than the Westwego branch. My former visit was inside. Everyone was courteous,& professional. Regardless of which branch I go to I ❤️this credit union.
