My husband and I are grateful to not only have a doctor 15 minutes away, but to have Dr Tindall. She has been excellent in listening as well as ensuring we get the appropriate tests needed to maintain our health. The front end staff are excellent. Always cheerful when you arrive as well as excellent communication skills both on the phone and in the office. YAY to the Onoway Medical Clinic. 😁

Worst place ever especially if your new here and need your medications no matter what they are. My wife was told oh we don’t have a medical history on you so we can’t help you. Well how do you build a medical history when you’re new in the province. High blood pressure meds and other medications like really come on, nearly had to rush the wife to hospital when she was withdrawing with out the medications and blood pressure throu the roof ended up driving 4 hours away just to find a doctor to help her.

I've had hundreds of family doctor and medicenter appointments in my life, they always ask on the phone what you need but the doctor is always surprised by the reason for your visit when you arrive. This is the first time I get in the room and the test swab I asked for was already on the counter and the doctor knew what it was. Very fast appointment, good bedside manner, would recommend Dr Tindall. The new Thursday walk ins are convenient if you can't see a family doc.
