I think the rating says it all
I've been going here off and on for a few years now and I have no complaints. They do exactly what they're there to do: provide free mental health services for those in need. I've never had a bad experience here.
After waiting a month for an appointment at noon when I arrived they informed me I was almost 2 hours late for my consult. Even though the entire office was empty with no patients to be seen they would not do the session and said I needed to rebook. I will seek help elsewhere as I was not welcome there, and after leaving I was going to go back and ask where else I could recieve help but was locked out.
