First visit was okay, although she did not address a couple of my concerns, I still decide to give it another try. Second visit was terrible. I had pressing health concerns and was very anxious about what was going on and was completely neglected and ignored. The visit was rushed, uncomfortable, kept talking over me, cutting me off, and not empathetic or compassionate at all! Very good -- warm demeanor and thorough.
Dr. Nseyo and Sydney are truly dedicated in healing the whole person. Not only did they both answer all of my questions. But they also took time to listen and care for me for going through a situation from the day before. They met me where I was at and provided healing with no treatment. I will always sing their praises for the phenomenal care. I am so honored and grateful they are a part of my care team.
