I agree with most people on here when they say it is a great place to take your car....unless they know you!! My wife's grandma had taken her car there not once or twice but 3 times only to charge her a fortune to clear some codes only to have the problem come back again. I am a mechanic and when she asked me to look at her car because it came back for the 3rd time with even worse issues I was able to diagnose the issues that it was having. Despite their busy schedule, this shop took care of my tail light issues without making me leave the car. Every employee was courteous and I felt at home there after only a few minutes. This family owned garage will be my new repair shop from now on.
My aunt had to get the water pump fixed on her Cadillac. I called Onoratos on a Monday and he gave me an estimate and time frame, and was able to bring the car in on Tuesday. Not only did he come in lower than his estimate but he met the time frame. The water pump was replaced and he topped off all the fluids in the vehicle. My aunt was very happy and the car ran great. I asked for a dyad on my 1998 Honda Accord v6 it was running roughly and was idleing messed up and barley started I figured it just needed something easy do to the fact when it stopped running on me it still sounded like a really healthy engine this was the worst shop I have ever taken my car to they barley answered the phone and then when I talked to them it sounded like they didn't even do a dyad on it rather they just guessed and through a bunch of parts at it and then when that didnt work I got hit with the excuse of oh ... read more
