Craig was professional and knowledgeable. He asked a lot of questions about my health issues and points of pain. The massage was great. Being the first time I was there I chatted a lot. At the end a little Reiki quieted me both my mouth and mind, brought me back to center. Great way to finish up a massage. Craig did a great job of working out the tension I mentioned, as well as informing me of other tight muscle I didn't know about.

I purchased a groupon during covid shut down, knowing that it would be a bit before it could be used. (I work in healthcare, believe me I get it.) I've since made THREE appointments and he canceled THREE TIMES with no explanation other than "social distancing " though they are allowed to open. My issue is, if you aren't comfortable to open yet, WHY KEEP TAKING APPOINTMENTS?!? And when I tried to reply and ask when he'd be looking to actually KEEP an appointment, I get no reply. Very unprofessional customer service.
