The truth of this matter is that the hardwood flooring that we installed for this customer was unfortunately defective from the manufacturer, which was beyond our control. We quickly prepared to replace the flooring by not only accommodating the customer with an upgraded new selection but by also offering to do an additional family room that they did not originally pay to have done in the hardwood, at no additional cost to them.
