OCWA System Manager, David D' Angelo, MISLEAD us about the clearing of "right of way" on our property. He described clearing a 12 foot swath from the waterline. (What he did not say is there are 3 lines on this route, therefore 12' x 3.) This is supposedly for mowing purposes. These lines have been sitting for 50 years undisturbed.
