So unhelpful. Receptionists is rude. She said “I cannot help you and shouldn’t even be talking to you“ …What is this place even for then?!?
I cannot fathom how this place is still in existence. The woman is extremely rude and unprofessional. I believe her name is Maggie James, as she responded to that name when I was calling asking for Ms James (thinking I was asking for her supervisor). I have never in my life heard a person in a place of business conduct herself this way from the moment she answered the phone. All the other detailed reviews are correct based on my own experience speaking briefly to "Janet" the receptionist who answers the phone at this organization's lawyer referral service. I'm sincerely wondering what's wrong with the people running this organization? Specifically, why did they hire and keep an apparent schizophrenic and freak as their receptionist, whose function is being the face of the Onondaga County Bar Association?
