My husband and I have been going to Ono for a very very long time. Like, probably a decade or more at this point. My husband and I have ordered food from here throughout the years and noticed a considerable difference in the past 2-3 years. The sides and main dishes seem to have lost its touch. The rice is also a consistent issue. The last time we ordered food, all of the rice were undercooked. I had called to inform them that they were serving undercooked rice and asked if they were cooking rice on a stove or in a rice cooker. I was told they used a rice cooker.
