Ismael Perez still sent me to collections even though I was actively paying on the account and like a coward he ignores all my emails and calls These people have really pissed me off now.
Ismeal Perez is very unprofessional and can’t even communicate properly. He sent an email LYING saying he tried to call me multiple times but was not true. I was able to get into contact with him two minutes after receiving his email. It took me to ask him the same questions multiple times for him to give me a proper answer and even then it still didn’t help.
