I complained about having mold in my apartment March 2024 they told me it wasn’t when it clearly was fast forward to Oct 2024 which it had spread they say it’s mold and want to take care of it. I also think the management pick & chooses when they want to abide by the rules.
Ken is the best!! He’s always so happy and positive! His energy is contagious. Building and pool area is also always kept clean.
The worst decisions without thinking about the wellbeing of tenants at their properties. They turned medium term rentals at Level Fulton Market into short term rentals like a hotel, and it has severely degraded the experience of apartment tenants on the property. They just don’t care.
Perfect customer service... beautiful views .great people.
