Terrible customer service, frequent reschedules, and gave me the run around on a garage project for 3 months. I ended up going w another contractor because they failed to deliver what they promised.
Over promises and under delivers. Duped a lady who was sub-contacting cleaning services. His cleaning manager Sharry told me he's shady and won't pay what's expected after jobs.
We hired Onnen to install our water softener and they were great to work with. Ron was quick to respond and was willing to come after hours to help accommodate our work schedules. They did a great job and cleaned up nicely after themselves as well. Will definitely consider Onnen first for future home repairs and projects.
