Dr Lo was a disappointing experience that was not the personalized, high quality care she promises. She often asked for feedback but when I made some constructive comments she reacted in an immature and unprofessional manner. After a few visits I felt like I was constantly be upsold on spending more money with her while receiving subpar treatment.
I’ve had the great pleasure of working for Dr. Lo for the last 2 years, and I am always in awe of her dedication to her practice. After an appendectomy and serious gut issues I sought help from Dr. Lo. She was able to help me bring balance back to my gut function and I have continued to see her at least annually or when issues arise.
