I had a driveway coated by this Company around 18 months ago, and was extremely impressed with their cost effective proposal, Customer service and end result. Unfortunately for whatever reason, some areas of the coating started to fade, so I contacted the owner Matt Cook who promptly came around to review situation.. Onn Guard were easy to deal with. The garage floor looks great.
Onn Guard does a good job worksmanship-wise but they do not care about the follow up, We had a driveway done in flake epoxy, Was told it would hold up to pretty much anything, 3 years later and flakes are disappearing everywhere Rang Matt to organise a fix with the “9 year warranty” when I sent photos as asked via text he never responded to me again. If a company that cares for their product & Customers is something you want, don’t use Onn Guard
Definitely a 5 star review for Matt and his business. Quality,The job,Service, All of the above!!! Thinking about getting our roof done next year and I know who I’ll be using!
