I did step classes through the city years ago and really loved them. When I saw they were offered here I got excited. That died quickly. The step class is only for their experienced members. If you are new they don't care. The instructor goes through a combination of 10 different moves, none repeating and so as a new person trying to catch up it is impossible because they are always going on to a new move by the time ou do what they are. I love this gym. The girls that work there are SO nice and quick to help with questions or concerns, the variety of classes available tht comes with the membership is unbeatable and the facility itself is great - small enough you don't feel overwhelmed but big enough that I never feel like I am stepping over other members. I love coming here every day!
WORST FLIPPIN GYM EVER ! regret ever signing up with them. Biggest rip off ever. Wanna waste your money this is the place to go. Gym is small, equipment is old yet they charge you out of the ass monthly so you think they'd have nice stuff. No room to do any floor exercises.. just a complete disappointment. I had froze my account and never informed them to unfreeze it and go to look at credit statement and charged me over $144! Asked them to cancel and they want another $100!!! My advice don't waste your time.
Love what they have, it's awesome to be in a place so versatile!!
