Horrible customer service. I have called several times left messages along with no return calls. My ceiling is leaking from a job they did and now they are trying to avoid coming out and fixing their mistake. I had another company come out that my warranty company connected me with and told me that the install they did they could loose there license for. I guess my next step is to call TDLR and report this company maybe that will get there attention.
Only way air was amazing Omar. The technician was amazing. He was reliable, honest upfront, and on time easily diagnosed and showed us the problem. He was very forthcoming, clean and honest definitely would love to do business with them again.
