Run away from this unprofessional scam of a company!!! We had our indoor and outdoor unit replaced by this company at the end of July 2025. At the beginning of September we had no cooling again due to a leak the technician said he couldn’t find. We had another appointment scheduled to add refrigerant because they didn’t have it on hand since the unit was so new. If I could give 0 stars I would. One of their techs did not wire my thermostat properly and had the heater and AC on at the same time. They left and I called them back a week later. They did not fix the issue. I had to have another company come correct their mistake. I was level headed and asked for some help with the utility expenses since they were sky high from running a heater + AC for a whole week. Wow, what an experience!! We were introduced to Only way air from our home warranty company. Our air conditioner had stopped working in the height of the summer heat. From beginning to end, we had a wonderful experience!! The company did a great job in communicating with us. They let us know everything that was going on step by step. The company had to order a part, they had advised us that it if it came on Friday, they would make sure it got installed that day.
