Incompetent, unknowledgable tech and horrible customer service by the manager left me in 90°+ heat suffering while pregnant! The HVAC tech Ron who came out to our house for no AC NEVER CAME INTO THE HOUSE TO CHECK THE UNIT OR TO SEE IF THE AC WAS FIXED!!! He assumed the issue was outside and "fixed" the capacitor. I’d like to update my original review now that the issue has been resolved. It took three visits to get the unit working. On the first visit, coolant was added, but the unit stopped again after a few hours. The second visit involved installing a hard start kit, but unfortunately, the issue persisted. Communication was a bit challenging during this time, and I wasn’t confident the problem was being fully addressed. However, things turned around when I spoke with Sierra.
