Tim was excellent to work with. His team (Pat and Jerry) were the ultimate pros. I highly recommend them to replace your water heater. Updated May 2025. Two years after they replaced my water heater my other one died. Once again, Tim and his crew (Pat and Dustin) did an outstanding job! They were very prompt, thorough and bailed me out again. Don't call anyone else if you need to replace your hot water heater.
This has been the best customer service, arrived 15 minutes earlier than appointment time, laid day protection on the floors all the way to the door. Both Pat and Dustin were fast and efficient. I can’t praise this coming enough for how professional and organized they were. Pricing was on point and less than other companies estimates. I will definitely recommend to all my family and friends.
Tim was very helpful with providing options and quotes for a replacement water heater. We ended up going with a new tankless water heater and they were quick, professional and did an awesome job with the new install. They by far beat all the other quotes we received and we are very happy with our new heater. We will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needing help with water heaters!
