Update: 06/21/2026 — Only 1,000 miles later, the paint is already falling off. See pictures below. This was supposed to be powder coated, which is what I paid for. Instead, it looks like it was spray painted with cheap paint — not even high-temperature VHT paint. Very disappointing and unacceptable. Over-promised and under-delivered. I am not one to leave bad reviews. My experience with ceramic pro was less than ideal. Idk about the other work they provide, but I discourage anyone from having them install a dash cam in your device. I had it installed 1/31/26. After a few weeks it was realized that the device was faulty. Took months to get a replacement. Finally received the replacement last month 5/11/26 and I am still having a similar issue with the unit. I have reached out to him several times to no avail. My Boy at ceramic pro is definitely official. I had a great experience his communication is awesome. He did a very good job on my Mercedes-Benz S550 you can go to My Instagram and a picture of my vehicle will be there icy clean lol @Boodini77 I’m really pleased.
