I purchased a set of wheels and tyres from Sam, but unfortunately needed to cancel the sale after Sam had prepared them for transport to Geelong. Sam issued a full refund. I was most impressed with their professionalism and willingness to assist in any way they could. It's not often you get service like that these days. Thank you Sam!
Can’t even handle a basic tire fitment. My tire hit the inner guard, and the owner actually told me to cut it – are you insane? Original parts aren’t toys! If you’re brave, try cutting your own car first. Their stock was nonexistent, and suggestions were useless. I had to fix it myself in the end. This shop is a total waste of time—don’t expect anything done right.
