Grateful to meet an auto shop with values! Stand up people, we were so glad to be served by Robert first, and to meet Rez! The vehicle that we were interested in was pre-reserved despite that we were ready with cash. I appreciate "your word is your bond" and treating people with respect. Lots of illicit drug use taking place on the premises including during business hours . Not people I'd want to do business with.
OTF really helped me out on such short notice. I was travelling to Victoria for the weekend and I was able to leave it before I left. The service was quick, easy, and stress-free. The mechanic was professional got everything done quickly without any unnecessary delays! I appreciate their time and efficiency Thank you OTF !!!
