I reached out to James about an underground leak we found from one of our pool lines after opening and had a team out within a week. OOL were able to diagnose the issue, replace the damaged line, and install a new pump and filter all within the same day. They even came back out to tweak a couple of items at no cost a couple weeks later. Whole team was super professional and about as efficient as you could imagine. Will definitely be using them for pool questions and repairs moving forward.
I would highly recommend Only Outdoor Living. They recently installed a pool, pavers and fence for us - which all turned out amazing. They were quick to respond to any questions we had and were thorough in describing the process from start to finish and the selections and options we had. Everyone was professional, kind and responsive. We had a great experience and would work with them again without question.
Only Outdoor Living has been a pleasure to work with over the last year on a couple of projects at our home. We had a big, blank slate of a backyard and James and his crew helped us transform it to an oasis! There’s something for everyone and it’s where our whole family wants to be now. James thoughtfully planned everything out, communicated with us continuously, and answered all of our questions (especially as first time pool owners!). It was SO nice to work with one person - for the patio, kitchen, pool, shed, landscaping, lighting, gas lines, etc! So glad we’ll have this space to enjoy with family and friends for years to come.
