We had a big, blank slate of a backyard and James and his crew helped us transform it to an oasis! There’s something for everyone and it’s where our whole family wants to be now. James thoughtfully planned everything out, communicated with us continuously, and answered all of our questions (especially as first time pool owners!). It was SO nice to work with one person - for the patio, kitchen, pool, shed, landscaping, lighting, gas lines, etc! So glad we’ll have this space to enjoy with family and friends for years to come.

My husband and I researched several different pool contractors before we decided to go with James Whitaker of Only Outdoor Living. He and his crew are awesome! They are extremely hard workers, conscientious, efficient, and very pleasant to work with. We were kept up to date on what they were doing throughout the installation. James asked if we had any questions along the way, and told us to let him know if we did. Not only do they install pools, but they follow up with the LANDSCAPING afterwards! We were looking for a team to help us install an in ground hot tub that could be used hot in cold weather and potentially be unheated in the summer to use as a small "cocktail pool." James was great to work with on design and planning through all of my wild ideas (and a last minute design change after we realized that an electrical line would force us to move the location of the hot tub).
