My mother and I visited this salon this noon and I’ve never seen such a low quality job. During her pedicure specifically, the employee insisted her water wasn’t hot after she pointed out it was a bit too hot for her. He forgot top coat on two nails after having to redo his work, the application isn’t done well and it’s apparent that the job was rushed. Michelle is amazing! She’s so detail-oriented and always makes my nails look flawless. Every set is beautifully shaped, long-lasting, and even better than I imagine. She takes the time to listen to exactly what I want and somehow always makes it even better than I imagined. Highly recommend!
I had a terrible experience getting a pedicure here. The women that did my nails man handled my feet, rushed, and did not bring the nail polish down the my cuticle. I got gel polish and the very next day they were gooey and peeling off my nails. I went to get them fixed and they only fixed the ones that had been falling off and did not redo the whole service. Will never go back.
Love this place , relaxing vibes . They do an amazing job every time ! Never disappointed
