I have used this place for years and I’m not sure if they are under new management but it’s horrible! The last two times I came here to get a pedicure it was a disaster ! After a regular pedicure, no extra scrubs or peeling just basic pedicure a day later my feet began to peel like a snakes skin. I was “shedding” my skin, just from my feet, I could pull layer after layer of skin. My mother and I visited this salon this noon and I’ve never seen such a low quality job. During her pedicure specifically, the employee insisted her water wasn’t hot after she pointed out it was a bit too hot for her. He forgot top coat on two nails after having to redo his work, the application isn’t done well and it’s apparent that the job was rushed. Michelle is amazing! She’s so detail-oriented and always makes my nails look flawless. Every set is beautifully shaped, long-lasting, and even better than I imagine. She takes the time to listen to exactly what I want and somehow always makes it even better than I imagined. Highly recommend!
