I’d say you get what you pay for! Kind staff members but not the highest quality in terms of the gel manicure, which I could see as soon as I finished (lack of smoothness in the polish). It’s been less than 3 weeks and I have two broken nails and chipped polish. That said, they are nice and offer to re-service if you get chipped within a certain number of days, and the pricing is appropriate, all things considering!
This is my spot for powder! No matter who you’re paired with, the services are impeccable. I’m always beaming by the end of my manicure.

I am so disappointed in my services today- I walked in expecting to get a manicure and a pedicure willing to pay top dollar for my services- the young Asian girl with glasses and black frame took care of me- she did my pedicure in 10 min and literally just put creams in my legs- barely touched it - didn't even wash my feet correctly- the only thing she did nice was the paint- I cannot believe this is the type of service they are providing in Downtown. I started having my nails done here after my daughter, who is a client, suggested it. While I use to get my nails done only for a special occasion, now I get a regular manicure more often and receive many compliments. I enjoy the overall experience.
