I only used this place once for a gel pedicure and I was very satisfied so I decided to make an appointment for a Mani/Pedi and eyebrow wax. My appointment was at 9am, first of the day. I go to open the door at 9:00 and it's locked. I go back to my car, give it a few minutes and call them. Someone answers so I ask if they're open, she replies "um in a few minutes."
