They will not answer your emails or calls. It takes many days to get a response. Also, they will run you dry because of maintenance issues that come up. That always comes up. I bought several of their properties and I was sickened as to how many maintenance issues they had. I have had to evict every tenant they put in. The lies they tell you are incredible. This company is horrible I will never recommend them to anybody to rent a home through. They never answer their phones respond to emails or messages regarding emergency work orders. My first month in this property I didn’t have a working refrigerator or heat. The gas company had to shut off my gas due to open gas lines until they were fixed. 8.5months into my lease when it started to get hot out my a/c didn’t work it took for a lawyer and the health dept to get involved for it to get fixed by than I had been without air in m... read more
The company was helpful and was really easy to rent the place I wanted
Bad at returning calls and solving their own issues. I live next door to one of the properties of this company, the tenet and myself have been calling for months reporting trees that have collapsed in the back yard on the fence line and in both my property and theirs. The tenet and myself both have young kids that cant play in the yards. After months they started to put us on hold and never return!
