I don’t recommend this place for any kids This place is all about money not for kids My son recently started school readiness program there and we had horrible experiences ,I had to pulled him out after two sessions, therapists were judgemental to my son’s development, complaining this and that to my son rather than finding strategies to implement Trailing different vibrations whatever they called without getting consent from parents, not informing what is happening inside the room when I asked for updates no response called... read more

My son has been working with Vanessa C and it's been a rewarding experience. She has introduced techniques that help my son manage various emotions and recognize how they manifest. These strategies have been incredibly beneficial at school, where Vanessa collaborated with the teachers to develop approaches that suit my son in the classroom. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Some OT are very young without much experience with young children. OT is there to support communication skill but at some point the sessions were so quiet and awkward. I had to break the ice by trying to interact with my child and OT at the same time. Quite odd and disappointing. They’re really about money as well when they wouldn’t care if you have money or not but you have to pay on the spot if you’re NDIS self managed. My son has been seeing Jayde for almost a year now and she has been absolutely amazing in helping him reach his goals - she makes the appointments engaging and makes him feel valued. We cannot thank her enough for her support. I would highly recommend OAK for kids on the spectrum.
