My child went to this centre from when he was 2 years old all the way up until he headed off to school. The care provided by the team here is amazing, they know each child and their interests and support is with our goals at home. They would always let me know about his day and send me lots of photos. A lot of the staff have been there for many years and the new director Abby is a star, she always has a smile on her face, is familiar with every child and so helpful!

The local centre is great and staff are great. The head office and their service is atrocious, also they use one of the worst billing systems I’ve experienced, that incorrectly charges a dishonour fee of up to $14.95 every time they make a transaction. Absolute nightmare dealing with the finance team to then get a refund. During times when there were legitimate insufficient funds in our account, it would charge this fee daily until the funds go thru. I’m so glad I chose Only about children Leichhardt. I adore the team! Sarah the manager knows everyone and is consistently very friendly, warm and keep us updated with an open communication. So important as a parent to feel comfortable with all the educators and I feel that way about the nursery. I also respect and feel grateful of the fact that most of the ladies in the nursery are moms. Also the events held for the kids and parents are so well thought of and well executed.
