I work right by the Burnsville location so I contacted them for a windshield chip. By the time it was time to repair, it had grown into a crack, so I went with a full replacement. They led me through the process of going through insurance and had good communication for the day of the replacement. The tech was very nice and happy to answer all questions I had. I am a happy customer.
Generally, I only write positive reviews and places that I don't have good experiences with. I just don't go back. I had never heard of the company, but it was highly recommended by my insurance agent. So, like most people do today, I went online and read the reviews. The first guy i encountered was friendly and nice and got to work right away. Second guy was a dishonest bold face liar. Told me that the cover over my mirror was already off and sitting in my cup holder… I pretty much live in my truck as I use it for work. Don’t look at me in the face and make something up and then double down with a smirk on your face when I call you out.
