I try to return a tire, wrong size. So they charging for restoking fee and shipping, they make sure you don't get a full refund. It comes up to almost the prize of the tire. Not happy at all, I will NEVER recommend to anyone!! Should of read the reviews before ordering.
Don't buy from Tham anything ,if something going wrong you will have dig headache. I was ordered two tires at November 6,one resived at November 15 and one didn't, November 22 fedex call to me and said it's second tire lost , I call to onlinetires and ask for refund, till now didn't resived. November 30 call to the online tires again same of person said company did the refund and will be send to me conformation of refund, didn't received any confirmation. I ordered 4 Goodyear tires, two in one size (for the fronts) and two in another size for the rears. They gave me a price which was good. Once I got the email showing they had been ordered the price was higher. Chris (the salesman I worked with) failed to mention that $75.00 of it would come off in the form of a rebate. BEWARE no tire delivered and no refund after 12 days I will file a credit card dispute
I recently purchase 4 tires and 2 of them was warp and had bubbles in them. They refuse to take them back. Warning Warning, buy at your own risk.
GREAT COMMUNICATION! FAST SHIPPING! AND GREAT PRICE! I ordered two tires on 8/19/20, 8/22/20 only one tire at time of delivery but I refused to accept it, called them 8/24/20 Monday morning and I finally received both tires the following day 8/25/20
