We had a great experience. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
Michael is an unresponsive & very unprofessional. We placed an order for 2 machines and told they would ship 2-3 weeks. Wait the 3 weeks only to have him refund our purchase with no communication. No call no email no response just a refund on our credit card. Save yourself the pain and shop elsewhere.
