I have engaged with Stefan around 3 months ago took my time but had really good feeling about OMG. Decided to get them to handle all my google adds. When I notified previous adds management Google Ads Pro. Craig went really nasty shut down my two websites that I paid for and was very nasty and unprofessional. We had such a terrible experience with OMG. Honestly stay away, very clunky process, junior account manager, I couldn’t get any help with setting up our pixel, we didn’t get a campaign delivered, the creatives were terrible and disnt match our brand guidelines - it was all AI genetated and very tacky. When I complained the CCO Simon said he would help but unfortunately no response they took our money no results and no reply when asking for a refund after 2 emails and a commitment to reply 2 weeks ago.
