Once in a while, it works out well. When they say an inspected item is new, 8x out of 10 its not and its defective. Pain to get permission to return, unorganized employee communications. Takes a while to get refund. Ugg. Then, descriptions of items very often incorrect. U get something you did not expect, may resemble item but may be made of completely different inferior materials. Like pressed board and the like.
I wouldn’t give them one star. This place is a joke. Everything is broken and when I say broken I mean trashed beyond repair. Remember no refunds no matter what.
