Hace unos meses contraté sus servicios de levantamiento topográfico al momento de comprar mi propiedad, ubicada en Orlando. El trabajo fue pagado en su totalidad. Sin embargo, me parece inapropiado que ahora me soliciten un pago adicional de $195 dólares por entregarme el archivo en formato CAD (DWG), cuando este archivo es parte esencial del producto que ya pagué. I hired their surveying services when purchasing a property in Orlando and paid for the work in full. However, when I requested the CAD file — a fundamental part of the technical work performed — I was told I had to pay an additional $195. Additionally, they made the delivery of the file conditional on signing a liability waiver. I find this practice unethical and lacking in transparency.

I Purchased property title company ordered survey, property was a jungle, they coud not get to a couple of stakes. They were great to work with, when property was clear they came out right away and placed the missing stakes and restaked any broken stakes. Thank you for your services. I would highly recommend their services to everyone.
