I have tried for 6 days to reach someone regarding my account with them. Nobody is ever available to talk to. How can I pay something if you are open 8am-8pm but nobody answers the phone? I'll be calling the customer directly and let them know they aren't being taken very good care of.

Online Information Services is a great place to work! I was pleasantly surprised when I recently came to work here. This is an awesome group of people to work with and it is evident that management truly cares. Consumers may be disgruntled about having to interact with us but it has nothing to do with the excellent service our company provides.

This is the best place to work and we have the most friendly people to work with. If you need anything our Customer Service is the best and they can help you with all your questions and they are very professional at what they do.
