The first few weeks was awesome, they completed every assignment on time, however the second half of the semester was a bit of a nightmare. The tutor started doing the assignments late and I constantly had to remind them to complete them. Then the tutor just stopped doing assignments and when I contacted them they told me "you still have a A so it's nothing to worry about". Don't walk away from Online Class help. Run!!… I am currently using online class help for assistance with 2 classes. I'm in the final week of the semester. I paid $800 for one course and $700 for the other. The entire semester I constantly had to beg them to get the tutor to do all the assignments. The tutor skipped numerous assignments in both classes. I wish I could show pics of my grades. It's awful. I guess they think that as long as you get a "B" no matter how low, they've stuck to their end of the bargain. They promise... read more

Online Class Help kept me waiting for 3 days after I paid them to take an exam for me. I took the exam myself and excelled at it. The problem is that in these 3 days, the Online Class Help stole all assignments I uploaded to my previous courses, and my credit card info. With my credit card info, they made lots of fraudulent transactions for obscene material ... It took a while for the credit company, but eventually they caught up with Online Class Help. I purchased their help while having a b grade in hopes to keep it a B or possibly get me an A. They missed four assignments in my first week of purchase. They got a D- on my midterm and I now have a failing grade. I told them I wanted my money back because they didn't keep their guarantee. And they said it wasn't possible. So now I have an F in my class that I paid for and will not be getting a refund for the service I paid for... Horrible customer service, tutors and bad prices! Scam!
