My husband and I ordered cabinets back in August 2022. They arrived within the expected shipping time. 80% of the cabinets had some kind of defect or damage to them. Scratches and dents. We immediately took pictures and sent the information to Shane. We also realized we missed some pieces so we also ordered more pieces at the same time. I ordered green cabinets that were on their website. I didn't know till after I ordered them that the color was not a factory color and would be after market painted. This added 5 weeks to the lead time. I was not made aware that would add to the timeline till after I wire transferred them cash and was too late to cancel the order. A Very good quality cabinetry made with plywood structural sides and fine finished fronts. I purchased the RTA Cabinets. Easy to assemble with glue, some Brad nails and some screws. Best practice is to dry assemble the cabinetry and check for proper fitting prior to gluing them up. We have used these cabinets twice and know at least five others that have as well. I have shopped all over for RTA cabinets and you can’t beat their price or quality. It did take over 2 months to receive our cabinets this past order. Make sure you check your shipment because we have and know others who have received the wrong sized cabinets or are missing something. The customer service has always sent what we needed though! We are very pleased customers and recommend them to others!
We placed a $4200 order on 12/4/21. Orders were supposed to be shipped within 3-5 weeks. Today, 2/12/22, 10 weeks later, our order still has not shipped, even though 12/20 they told us they'd be shipping by 1/7 and then on 1/21 we were told they'd ship by 2/4. My request for yet another update on 2/7 went unanswered. We are now canceling our order, disappointed with the time wasted waiting for a company that can't deliver. Hoping the refund process will be straightforward.
