Be careful if hiring a bin from Online Bin hire as they are very hard to contact and their claim of no hidden charges is blatantly false. First you have to pay for the bin with a credit card and this became a problem when they deducted $180 from my account after picking up the bin without any kind of communication as to why. After numerous phone calls, we finally got to speak with someone, who said why they charged us that amount. They claimed to have sent an email, but as yet no email. A great company with lots of experience and very professional. When i ordered the skip online, all the costs were made known to me on the website including the council permit costs. The driver was friendly and knowledgeable about his rig, putting the skip down with ease. I paid before delivery, receiving email confirmations and itemized invoice. Customer service was prompt.
