A great all-round experience. Friendly professional staff rceommended solutions, answered any questions or concerns I had in working out what was best for my specific requirements and expectations. The installers did an excellent job and it looks great and functions well beyond what I had expected. They took the time to answer my many questions on the day. I have no problem in recommending them to others looking for solar battery sales and installation.
I had a solar system installed by Online Air & Solar in October 2024, costing over $20,000. The sales rep convinced me to go with a larger system, promising great returns through the Feed-in Tariff (FIT). Nearly a year later, the paperwork is still not done, my meter hasn't been configured, and I haven’t received a single cent to contribute to my electricity bill.
