I should t have gone back after witnessing The Dr dozing off in the session and literally saying to her “have we lost you” lol. We wouldn’t be happily married if we stayed with this counselor either.
The therapist booked appointments 3 months out without my permission. When I received a notification of my next appointment 24 hours in advance, I immediately contacted them to cancel all future appointments. I was assured they would not bill my card, but they did just that the same day. The receptionist stated that there was a mix up with another customer who was supposed to be billed for missing an appointment, but they would issue a refund within 3-5 days. This experience was not great I have been almost doing this for a year. Originally I started with my insurance co pay of only 20 dollars every week. So then I take time off from therapy and I was going to start back I was unable to make the appointment and then I receive a charge to my debit card of $250 dollars claiming they do not take my insurance anymore so I cancel and tell them I did not even use your services and your charging me 250 and refuse to refund I would never have returned to pay 250 when it was already 20 a ... read more
