I have never had to have a survey on any land purchases. Mark & the employees were professional & squeezed my survey in. I am very happy with the results & found all the markers on my hillside forest property. Thank you
I own this business, I have posted this review as a 3 to not skew the results. I have never worked for Mr. Certain. I spoke with him for approximately 1.5 minutes (his wife for longer) and suggested they hire another surveyor if they thought I had moved stakes. They did and he told them everything looked fine. His wife called me and left a message implying all kinds of accusations of impropriety. This guy operates out of a P.O. box verbally attracts callers before he even listens. Find someone else there are plenty of good companies to choose from. Personal experience one phone call rude self righteous Didn’t care about anything that was said doesn’t return calls seems to have anger issues
