Appointments here are from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. They only accept $50 cash or an ETF check—no credit or debit cards. The unloading process is slow. I arrived at 7 a.m., and it took until 10:05 to unload, plus additional wait time to receive the paperwork. Be aware this can cause delays if you have a next load lined up. After 3 p.m., the fee is $150 (cash or ETF check). I’m sharing this so fellow drivers are prepared and so the company might improve their process. These are just facts, not complaints.
