Excellent service! Amazing people who are with you every step of the way! Not easy admitting you need hearing aids but with staff like this to put you at ease makes it less stressful!
I am a 66-year-old male and had my hearing checked by Dr. Lowery. She did a very good job and explained everything in the results clearly. She gave me several options to consider. With the options she presented there was no pressure to get hearing aids even though I had more hearing loss than I had expected. I will be following up with Dr. Lowery in the future and would highly recommend her.
Everyone is very knowledgeable and personable. The entire staff always goes out of their way to solve the issue you have and are always very pleasant.
All of the staff was very welcoming. Jessica Lawery was very helpful in providing a cochlear hearing aide replacement while ours was being sent back for repairs. She went out of her way to help us. Our sincere thanks to them.
