Eastpoint Audiology is my go to place for my hearing aid care. I was out of town working in different cities, only home on weekends when they were not open. They made suggestions on the phone, then got me the national number to call for my brand of h/a. The national brand rep gave other suggestions, then the number for an audiologist who cared for my h/a brand in the next town where I would be off during the week. Everything got fixed without issue.
