They're only interested in your money. Quoted me fixed price of nearly £700 to rewire downstairs lighting curcuit, despite an existing 2 year old EICR indicating no problems. The actual fix was quite minor, and a local sparky sorted it in less than 30 minutes...£80 Dishonest, incompetent, unprofessional...take your pick

Moved into a property, spending roughly £100 a month on gas as the windows are rotting and letting the cold in and heat out, ongo are aware of this and had a company come and look at the windows which are also screwed shut, false finished job saying 1 window had been fixed when all they did was take a picture and leave, it's in contract that they're responsible to fix these however they're aware and have made no effort to do so even with infant in the property, outrageous behaviour

If I could give this company no stars I would. Since 12’o’clock my mum has had to wait in her cold, damp house. 12-4 they said the boiler man would be coming to fix her boiler for her. 4:24pm he came (Past the slotted time!) and just went the circuits blown in the fuse box so i’ve got to order a new one. More waiting. Another day when the right part comes. Absolutely dreadful is this company.

Awful people. They treat long term residents like crap. One lady had lived with them for years, with her dog, and they only took issue with it when they moved a new lady in as her neighbor. New lady complained dog barked (bear in mind not one other complaint had ever been made in all the years she and her pup had been there) so they sent an officer to the house. As dogs do, when the officer knocked on the door the dog barked for a bit. They saw this as 'excessive noise'... Absolutely absurd. Poor lady was forced to have her ... read more
