Awful people. They treat long term residents like crap. One lady had lived with them for years, with her dog, and they only took issue with it when they moved a new lady in as her neighbor. New lady complained dog barked (bear in mind not one other complaint had ever been made in all the years she and her pup had been there) so they sent an officer to the house. We thought England was one of the greatest countries on this planet. If Ongo was England than it would be worse than a used toilet paper. You guys are not serious. You don't even deserve 1 for a review. Your services are worse than misery. You have elderly people, children, disabled people living in your accommodations and yet refuse to assist them accordingly with the repairs they need. We wish a better company come and take over yours. Someone whe really cares. Ongo is a disgrace.
Shoddy repair work every time. Also given “emergency 24 hour appointment” Waited in all day for nobody to show up. Disgraceful
