Is this place a joke. Phone lines are terrible. 9am is normal time. Telling people to call at 10am is cop out
I was initially impressed with Ongo -being a first time tenant- but after having 3 awful experiences with Ongo employees (2 of them being from a Housing Officer called Laura Gordon and the other experience from a man from customer services called 'Ed') I have changed my mind about them. The housing officer was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was openly very mocking and confrontational when speaking with me. I just hope she doesn't set the standard for ALL Ongo employees.
