Best nail place for trendy designs. The staff are amazing!
Had an appointment at 12:30, got there at 12:20.. they started my nails at 1:15. The prices shown say 50$ for refill and 5-20$ for nail art. They charged me 90$.. looks like a toddler did it. Definitely won’t be going back.
This is the first I’ve been here. She used the e-drill to remove my shellac. I jumped for two of my fingers because it hurt. She was like what’s wrong, and I said it hurt. She didn’t believe me. 2 d after my nail broke off so I called to get it repaired. I said I would be there Saturday and they told me to come before 5. I got there just before 4 and it was closed. I’ve been to this salon several times because it’s close to home, but the service is consistently disappointing. Hannah, the owner’s wife, is especially inconsiderate. The first time she did my nails, she cut my finger. I didn’t complain at the time. Today, I went back out of convenience and had a pedicure with another technician. During my pedicure, she accidentally cut a chunk of skin off my big toe, it was quite painful and I bled a lot for about five minutes.
