I called ahead of time to make sure they could take both me and my sister-in-law for a manicure and pedicure. They confirmed they had time for both of us. When we arrived, another woman came in after us for just a pedicure. Instead of starting with us, the technician sat us all in separate chairs and began with the woman who arrived after us.
